2 LOVE RAW FOOD: 2 love raw food

Quick Raw Food Recipes

Here's a quick salad:
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon (or Lime)
salt/pepper to taste (I use Himalamia pink salt)

Slice cucumbers, drizzle lemon juice, sprinklle salt/pepper...yum, yum

FAVORITE GREEN SMOOTHIE
4 oz cold water
1 peach
1 pear
2 handful of greens (leaf lettuce/spinach/kale)
5 cubes ice
1 tbsp Agave nectar or raw honey (optional)NOTE: try to use sweet organic fruit; toss everything into a Blendtec blender (wonderful speed).

Pomegranate Smoothie
1 large pomegranate
1 lemon
2 tsp honey
5 ice cubes (optional)
Take the peeled pomegrante and place the seeds into a bowl and fill with water to get all the white pithy parts out (which are bitter). Drain off and put in blender with fresh lemon juice and honey.
